What happens after you order
We proof your artwork before anything is printed.
- Check out as normal. Nothing goes to press yet.
- Reply to your order confirmation with your logo or artwork file. Vector is ideal, a high-resolution PNG usually works.
- We send a mockup on the actual product for you to approve. Production starts once you sign off, and your turnaround clock starts then.

Check your proof. Spelling, phone numbers, web addresses and any logo or artwork files you supply are printed exactly as they appear on the proof you approve. Please review every detail before signing off. Once a proof is approved, reprints to correct information that was on it are billed as a new order.
One-week turnaround is an estimate measured from proof approval, and depends on material availability and the current shop schedule. If a job will take longer we will tell you before it goes into production.
