Refund policy

Everything we make is custom-printed to your artwork, so orders cannot be returned or resold once they are produced. Instead of returns, we stand behind the work with a remake guarantee.

Our remake guarantee. If your order leaves our shop with a production defect — wrong size, wrong material, print quality problems, or a difference from the proof you approved — we will remake it at no charge. That has been the deal since 2008. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@promoboxllc.com or 425-737-9026 with a photo of the issue.

Proof approval. Nothing goes to press until you approve your proof. Please check spelling, phone numbers, colours, and sizing carefully — errors that exist in the approved proof, including customer-supplied artwork issues, are not covered by the remake guarantee. If we catch a problem with your file, we will flag it before printing.
