What we collect
When you order or request a quote we collect your name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the artwork files you send us. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To produce and deliver your order, send proofs and order updates, respond to quote requests, and keep records for accounting and tax purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Your artwork
Artwork you upload stays yours. We keep production files on record so reorders match the original run, and we do not reuse your artwork for anyone else. If you would like a past project shown in our portfolio, we ask first.
