Custom Die-Cut Stickers & Decals

Cut vinyl, not printed — and the cheapest way to get your logo on something. Your shape is plotter-cut out of a single solid color of vinyl, weeded by hand, and taped so it applies as one piece. There's no background and no printed edge; only the shape sticks.

This is what goes on truck doors, shop windows, glass, trailers, equipment and tumblers. Pick a size and quantity above, then pick your color off the stock chart at proof.

What's included

• One solid color of cast or intermediate vinyl, cut to your artwork
• Weeded and pre-masked with application transfer tape
• 5-8 years outdoors, no laminate needed — the color goes all the way through
• Application instructions with every order, or bring it by and we'll install it

Why it's cheaper than printed

• No ink, no laminate, no print pass — about 15% under our Printed Stickers at every tier
• 50 3" decals: $47. 1,000: $186, which is 19 cents apiece
• Starts at 25 pieces instead of 50

Good to know

• Turnaround: 3-5 business days once artwork is approved
• Needs clean vector artwork — gradients, drop shadows and photos can't be cut. Send what you have and we'll tell you
• Reflective, matte black, gold and chrome vinyl available
• Second color: add 40%. More than two colors is cheaper printed
• Sizes over 5", odd shapes, and door lettering are quoted by the square inch
