Custom products
All products are made to order from artwork you supply or approve. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for its contents — spelling, contact details, colors, and layout. See our Refund & Remake Policy for what happens when something goes wrong on our end.
Artwork rights
By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have the right to reproduce it. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or that we are not comfortable printing.
Color and material
We color-manage every run, but screen previews are not a color guarantee — printed color can vary slightly from what your monitor shows. Exact color matching (for example to a Pantone reference) is available on request before production.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Orders are paid in full at checkout; production begins after proof approval.
Turnaround
Production estimates are business days from proof approval and are estimates, not guarantees. If a deadline is critical, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can hit it.
