- We put the reprint on the schedule the same business day

- Covers damage and loss in transit only — production issues are already covered free by our remake guarantee
- Orders without protection are handled through the carrier's own claims process; we supply packing photos and documentation to support your claim
- Local pickup orders don't need this — you inspect the product at the counter
